Frequently Asked Questions

Account & Profile

Do I need to create a profile?

No. You may checkout as a guest, but we do ask that you submit your email address for order confirmation. Creating a profile will allow you to save mailing address information, and create a wallet to save payment preferences. It will also allow you to reference your order information from year to year.

How do I create a profile?

At the top of the website, click Log In. On the mobile site, click the three dots in the bottom right hand corner. Enter your email address and a new password. A code will be sent to your email to verify your new account. If it states that a profile with that email already exists, click "login" and "Forgot password" to prompt an email to reset your password.

How do I save my payment information?

Once a profile is created, hover over your profile name and click Account Settings. On the mobile site, click the three dots in the bottom right hand corner. Then click My Wallet. There, you can add your credit card information as a payment method. At checkout, we also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.

Do I need to subscribe to your mailing list?

No. If you do not subscribe to our mailing list, you will still receive important emails such as your order confirmation. Mailing list members will also receive periodic emails with information regarding the end of sales and distribution. This is especially helpful if you do not currently receive Saint Paul's communications.

Ordering & Checkout

What is the order deadline?

Greenery sales run from October 9 - 22. All orders for prize parties, the House Cup challenge and the "Pie a Teacher" raffle end at midnight, Thursday October 22. We will continue to accept purchases through October 25. However, they will not count towards any prizes or incentives.

When will my items
be ready for pick up?

All "Pick Up" products will be available for pick up in the Dimmitt Sports Complex at Saint Paul's School, December 1 and 2, 7:45 - 9:30a.m. and 2:30 - 5:30 p.m. You do not need to bring any proof of receipt with you.

When picking up your items, park at the front of school in our designated Greenery parking spots and do not block car line. Volunteers will help bring your purchases to your vehicle.

When will my items
be delivered for Mail Order only?

All "Mail Order" products will be shipped directly to their recipients by mid December.

Where is my order from last year?

We are very excited to launch our brand new Greenery website! Unfortunately, all customers must create a new profile and past orders have not been saved to the new website. If you would like to reference your previous order, please contact us and we would be happy to email you a PDF of your last order.

Can I change or cancel my order after submitting?

Yes! Please send us a message through the Contact Us page or email us directly at greenery.pta@spsclearwater.org and we will help with amending or canceling your order. Please let us know as soon as possible if an order needs amending. We cannot accept any changes after October 25.

Can I ship to multiple locations for "Mail Order" items?

Yes. When purchasing a "Mail Order" item, you will be prompted to enter the mailing address of the recipient for each product.

If you are shipping multiple quantities of the same product to one address, you will only need to enter the mailing address once, and adjust the quantity of the item.

If you are shipping products to multiple addresses, you will need to add the items individually to your cart and enter the corresponding addresses for each recipient separately.

You will be able to confirm the address at checkout.

A product says "Out of Stock." When will it be back in stock?

Due to vendor availability, Charleston Wrap items are of limited quantity. Unfortunately, once they are out of stock, we will not be able to re-stock them. However, we will have more Charleston Wrap wrapping paper available for purchase at the Holiday Pop-Up Shop, though it may not be the same design as was available on the website.

Where is my confirmation email?

If you do not see your email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Student Credit & Prizes

How do I credit my order to more than one student?

At checkout, you will be prompted to answer questions for Student Name, Grade and House Color. If there is more than one student, please enter the names of all students to receive credit. We will distribute the credit evenly amongst the students. If you would like a specific amount credited to each students, please send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate. If the students are in different grades, please fill out the grade of one of the students and we will be sure to credit the other students' grades as well.

What are the prizes and incentives for sales?

Each student who reaches over $200 in sales will receive ONE limited edition Saint Paul’s Squishy Dumpling, which will be distributed with their Greenery order at pickup.

For every $500 in sales, ONE student will receive ONE raffle entry to Pie a Teacher at the Closing Assembly on October 23.

If multiple students are named on an order, sales will be divided evenly. For example, if two students are named for a sales totaling $500, each will receive $250 in credited sales, qualifying both students for one squishy dumpling.

During each Sales Blitz, the grade with the highest total sales will earn a grade-level party AND a dress down day. The four available parties are Glow Party, Pizza Party, World Cup Party, and Beach Party. You must place your purchase during the Sales Blitz dates for that party. Please see the Prizes Page for more information.

The student with the overall highest sales for the entirety of the fundraiser will win a $100 cash prize.

What is a House Color?

At Saint Paul's School, each faculty member and student is sorted into either the Blue House or the White House. Students are sorted in Grade 1, and so any student in Kindergarten or below will automatically be considered N/A. If you do not know your student's house color, don't fret! Just click "I Don't Know" and we will be able to find out for you.

This tradition is a fun competition amongst the students and the House with the highest sales will receive 100 points toward the end of the year House Cup Challenge. Other challenges throughout the year include Field Day and the Thanksgiving Food Drive.

Donations

Poinsettia Donation Information

When you purchase a Lessons and Carols poinsettia donation, you will be prompted to enter the recipient’s name and a message. Your name and the recipient’s name will be included in the Lessons and Carols program. The teacher or faculty member will also receive a handwritten card with your message before Lessons and Carols, letting them know that a poinsettia has been donated in their honor.

The poinsettias will adorn the stage at Ruth Eckerd Hall on December 15 for Lessons and Carols. Following the event, the poinsettias will be brought back to school and on December 16, faculty members will be notified to pick up their poinsettia.

Please note: Donations made in memoriam or in honor of a student will be highlighted in the Lessons and Carols program, but the recipient will not receive a handwritten note or take home a poinsettia.

This is a meaningful way to recognize a teacher, faculty member, student, or loved one while helping make the Lessons and Carols celebration special for our entire Saint Paul’s community.

How is my Cash Donation used?

The PTA greatly appreciates your generous donation to Saint Paul's School. All funds raised during our Greenery, Citrus and Treats fundraiser will be used to support PTA initiatives appreciating our incredible faculty and staff. Most importantly, they are used to allocate our end of the year gift to enhance the faculty and student experience. Please visit our About the PTA page for examples of our many previous year allocations.
